8 am and it's 23º outside--the first day we wake up to frost on the cars. Yuk! And to think just a few days ago (on the 15th) it was almost hot (80º). I'm still trying to hold out for November before turning the furnace on. The thermostat in the hall says 57º so I'll just wear a warm sweatshirt for a while, and put a sweater on little Hammy.
